T20 SOUTH AFRICA V AUSTRALIA
On Saturday night South Africa take on Australia in a T20 clash that is sure to have plenty of spice.
The Aussies have been in splendid form all summer while South Africa’s rebuilding outfit is still very much a work in progress.
I think the Aussies can win at the $1.56 and I am happy to include them in some multis this weekend.
In novelty plays Quinton deKock most runs South Africa at $3.20 is worth a look while the $8 on offer about Steve Smith to be the Man Of The Match appeals.
I’ll bank on the Perth Glory to defeat the Brisbane Roar and roll that in to Sydney FC to win. The multi price is $2.50.
My Premier League multi for this week requires Manchester United, Chelsea and Wolverhampton to all prevail. The multi quote is $4.05.
Our AFLW multi this week is banking on Fremantle covering the line against Collingwood and winning by 9 points or more into GWS to beat West Coast. The multi quote is $2.50.
DEONTAY v WILDER
This heavyweight clash is much anticipated and little separates the two strong men with Wilder at $1.83, Fury at $2 and the draw paying $21.
In a fight that could clearly go either way I’ll take the better odds about Fury at the $2 to prevail.
My best racing bets of the weekend are as follows :
Caulfield Saturday Race 1 Number 7
Just Benjamin (TABtouch Fixed Odds Price $2.60) : European stayer who won at this track last start over 1800 metres. Looks a nice type in the making and can go on with the job here.
Caulfield Saturday Race 7 Number 2 Hanseatic (TABtouch Fixed Odds Price $2.50) : Unbeaten son of Street Boss who won the Blue Diamond Prelude last start in fine style. Can really explode in to gear late in his races and may well be swamping them again.
Randwick Saturday Race 7 Number 2 Microphone (TABtouch Fixed Odds Price $3.10) : Talented 3 year old who returned to the winner’s list last start when winning the Autumn Stakes at Caulfield. Is 2 for 2 over this distance and hard to beat.
Rosehill Saturday Race 9 Number 13 Subpoenaed (TABtouch Fixed Odds Price $3.50) : Quality 3 year old folly who bolted in last start at Randwick over 1400 metres. Looks the goods.
Cannington Saturday Race 4 Number 5 Tommy Shelby (TABtouch Fixed Odds Price Not Available) : Emerging Star of WA Chasing who is unbeaten at Cannington. With even luck wins again. Other nice plays on the program look to be 2-2 Freddo Monelli, 3-3 Rockstar Patriot and 5-1 Snallygaster.
